*Please allow 7-10 business days for your orders to be processed.
This does not include shipping times, weekends and holidays.

*Shipping is usually 3-5 days except during holiday times, which may take a little longer
due to the high volume of items being shipped.
We ship through USPS, FEDEX & UPS

*We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at toastymittencc@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
You can send the item you consider defective to the address we will provide to you in our reply email.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2-4 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
